A zoo near Islamabad has introduced a café attraction built around alpaca viewing. Africanews reported on 30 October that MultiZoo's Coffee with Alpaca offering places refreshments alongside the chance to watch the animals at close range, combining two parts of a leisure visit.

Footage dated 25 October showed children and adults around the enclosure, with some stroking or feeding animals. Tables and fencing help define the visitor area. The observations describe that day's scene; they do not establish what interaction will be available to every future visitor.

The zoo says its imported group comprises ten alpacas. White, brown and darker animals, including young ones, appeared in the coverage. Llamas also share the area. Those details explain the attraction's variety without requiring a claim that it is unique across Pakistan.

General manager Muhammad Younas described the preparations made after the animals arrived during summer. He said air coolers had been installed around their enclosure. Alpacas originate in the South American highlands, making the contrast with Islamabad's hot summers part of the management story.

The café setting lets visitors take refreshments while observing animals through a fence. Close encounters are part of the attraction described, but footage of a visitor feeding an animal is not general advice to do so. Site staff determine the arrangements for individual visits.

The report offers a snapshot of a new leisure offering and the manager's account of its facilities. It gives no dependable schedule of entry prices or opening hours. Those practical details, and the activities available on a particular day, remain separate from what the October footage documents.
